This Refund Policy aims to clarify the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all products purchased through this Service. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all terms of this Policy.

We are committed to providing high-quality building materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process in accordance with international e-commerce standards and relevant regulations.

- PayPal Payment: Supports PayPal account payments in most countries and regions around the world. Refunds will be returned to your PayPal account via the original route, and the arrival time is approximately 3-5 working days.

- Credit Card Payment: Supports major international credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Encryption technology is used to protect payment information security, with instant order confirmation after payment. Refunds will be returned to your credit card account via the original route, and the arrival time is approximately 3-10 working days (subject to the processing speed of the issuing bank).

- TT Wire Transfer Payment: Suitable for large-value orders (such as bulk purchases of building materials). You can pay the goods by bank wire transfer. Before payment, please contact customer service to obtain our complete bank information. After payment, please send the remittance voucher to BS@brysun.com for confirmation. If a refund is required, it will be returned via wire transfer via the original route, and the arrival time is approximately 5-15 working days (subject to the processing speed of the bank).

Warm Reminder: All payment methods comply with international payment security standards. We will not store your complete payment information to ensure the security of your funds. 2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- The return/exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt (based on the delivery date marked by the logistics company).

- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact (excluding customized products, see Section 4).

- The product is not a clearance item (clearance items will be clearly marked on the product page and do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds).

- When submitting a return/exchange request, a valid order number and proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) must be provided.

For non-customized products purchased online, you can enjoy a 7-day no-questions-asked return service on the premise that the above conditions are met.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

-Contact our customer service team via email at BS@brysun.com, providing your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos/videos of the product (if the product is damaged or has quality issues).

-Our customer service team will review your application within 2 working days and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the designated return address (if applicable, it will comply with relevant cross-border return regulations).

-Package the product securely, mark the RA number on the outer packaging, and ship the product to the designated address using a traceable logistics method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to product quality defects, damage during transportation, or our mistake.

-After we receive and inspect the returned product (usually 3-5 working days after the product is delivered to our warehouse), we will process your return or exchange request:

-Return Processing: After confirming that the product meets the return eligibility, we will refund the full amount to your payment account via the original route within 5 working days.

-Exchange Processing: After confirming that the product meets the exchange eligibility, we will send the replacement product to you within 3-7 working days. If there is a price difference between the original product and the replacement product, we will notify you to make up the difference or refund the excess amount.

4. Customized Products

Customized products (including but not limited to customized wooden doors, customized cabinets, and products made according to your specified size, color, or design specifications) do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the following situations occur:

- The product has manufacturing defects that affect its usability (proof with photos/videos is required and confirmed by our quality control team).

- The product is damaged during transportation (you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product).

- We make a mistake in producing the customized product (such as incorrect size, color, or design that does not match the confirmed order details).

For eligible returns of customized products, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund, a replacement product (if feasible), or a partial refund based on the actual situation.

5. Refund Details

- Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the payment method you used for the purchase (such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) via the original route. Please note that the refund arrival time may vary depending on the payment institution (usually 3-10 working days).

- Refund Amount: Eligible refunds will include the full purchase price of the product. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to product quality defects, damage during transportation, or our mistake.

- Handling of Delivery Failure: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, an undeliverable address, or refusal to receive the goods, we will notify you. You can choose to pay the shipping cost for re-delivery, or choose to receive a refund of the remaining amount after deducting the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

The following products do not support returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they are due to product quality defects or our mistakes:

- Products used, damaged, or modified by the customer.

- Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

- Products for which return requests are submitted after the 30-day return period.

- Products damaged due to improper installation, use, or maintenance (not covered by our warranty).

8. Warranty & Additional Notes

All our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty (the warranty period varies by product type). The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation, or natural wear and tear.
