9、REFUND POLICY(退换货政策)

This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all products purchased through our Service. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

We are committed to providing high-quality building materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process in line with international e-commerce standards and relevant regulations.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery (calculated from the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier).

- The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact (excluding custom-made products, see Section 4).

- The product is not a final sale item (final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable).

- A valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) are provided when submitting the return or exchange request.

For online purchases, you may also enjoy a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for non-custom products, provided the above conditions are met.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team via email at BS@brysun.com, providing your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).

-Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the designated return address (in line with cross-border return regulations where applicable).

-Package the product securely, include the RA number on the outer packaging, and ship it back to the designated address using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your return or exchange:

- For returns: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of confirming the product meets return eligibility.

-For exchanges: We will ship the replacement product to you within 3-7 business days of confirming the returned product meets eligibility. If there is a price difference between the original and replacement product, you will be notified to pay the difference or receive a refund for the excess amount.

4. Custom-Made Products

Customized products (including but not limited to custom doors, custom cabinets, and products made to your specific size, color, or design specifications) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless:

- The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality (proven by photos/videos and confirmed by our quality control team).

- The product is damaged during shipping (you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos of the damaged package and product).

- We made an error in producing the custom product (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design) that does not match your confirmed order details.

For eligible custom product returns, we will either offer a full refund, a replacement product (if feasible), or a partial refund, at our discretion.

5. Refund Details

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 3-10 business days).

- Refund Amount: Eligible refunds will include the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.

- Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, undeliverable address, or refusal to accept delivery, we will notify you. You may choose to have the product reshipped (at your expense) or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

*Provide your order number, photos/videos of the damaged/defective product, and photos of the outer packaging (if damaged).

*Our customer service team will review your claim and provide a resolution within 2 business days, which may include:

- A full refund (including original shipping costs).

- A free replacement product (we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement).

- A partial refund (if you wish to keep the product despite the defect).

We reserve the right to request the damaged/defective product be returned to us for inspection (we will cover all return shipping costs in this case).

7. Exceptions & Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part:

- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).

- Custom-made products (as outlined in Section 4).

- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.

- Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

8. Warranty & Additional Notes
