Our shipping policy is uniformly implemented for all eligible countries and regions, with the following specific rules:

- No Free Shipping Policy: There is no free shipping policy for any orders of our company. The shipping fee will be customized and calculated according to the destination country/region.

- Sample and Sample Shipping Fee Free Condition: When the total payment amount of a customer's order reaches $10,000 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes), we will provide corresponding product samples for free and bear all shipping fees for the samples, with no additional charges for samples or their shipping fees required from the customer.

- Shipping Fee Calculation Standard: The shipping fee is calculated based on the product weight and customized according to the destination country/region. The usual basic shipping fee standard is 15 RMB per kilogram; the minimum weight for shipping is 200 kilograms (i.e., if the total weight of the ordered products is less than 200 kilograms, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the 200-kilogram standard). The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed on the order payment page according to the destination country/region and product weight you fill in.

3. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from China (Warehouse Address: Room 501, Building 33, No. 157 Minzu Avenue, Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China). We cooperate with professional cross-border logistics companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.

4. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate

- Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). For customized products, the processing time will be extended to 7-10 working days, and we will notify you of the specific shipping time via email after order confirmation.

- Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies by destination country/region, generally7-15 working days (from the date of shipment). The actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, logistics peak periods, and local transportation, and we will provide a logistics tracking number for you to query the real-time status.

5. Countries/Regions Not Covered by Shipping

To ensure the smooth delivery of products and comply with international logistics regulations, we currently do not ship to the following countries/regions (subject to updates):

- Countries/regions subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions.

- Countries/regions with extremely unstable logistics and transportation, high customs clearance risks, or difficulty in delivering packages (e.g., some war-torn regions, remote islands with no regular logistics services).

Note: If you place an order from the above non-shipping countries/regions, we will contact you via email to cancel the order and refund the full amount (excluding any transaction fees incurred).

6. Remote Area Surcharge

For orders shipped to remote areas (including but not limited to remote islands, remote rural areas, and areas with inconvenient transportation) in eligible shipping countries/regions, an additional remote area surcharge will be charged, and the specific amount will be displayed on the order payment page (based on the destination address and logistics company's charging standards).

You can check whether your address is a remote area by entering your shipping address on the order page before payment. If you have any questions about the remote area surcharge, please contact our customer service team via BS@brysun.com for confirmation.

7. Shipping Notes

- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete (including street number, city, postal code, and contact phone number) to avoid delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address.

- Customs duties and taxes for cross-border shipments are borne by the recipient, and we will provide relevant documents to assist with customs clearance. The specific tax amount is subject to the regulations of the destination country/region's customs.
